All directions and descriptions provided on this website should be independently verified for current trail conditions and route changes before attempting to drive to the trailhead or hike the trail.

HIKE AT YOUR OWN RISK: Only hike if you are in good health with no physical ailments. Beware of wildlife and vegetation. Please stay on the trails and off private property. Take plenty of water, dress appropriately, and be prepared for adverse weather or trail conditions. Use bug spray and sunscreen as needed. Make sure someone knows where you are hiking and when you plan to return.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Cumberland County Spring Ultra Hike, I acknowledge that hiking on trails can be a hazardous activity, and I assume all the risks associated with this activity. I waive all claims for damages against the Friends of the Trails and its officers for injury to my person or property, including death and destruction, that may arise from this activity, and I release the Friends of the Trails and its officers and agree to hold them harmless from any such liability. This agreement shall be effective when I submit my registration and shall remain in force for the duration of the 2025 Spring Ultra Hike.
